Hi friends!
Big news: The Meadow Speaks is evolving and moving.
When I started this newsletter, I was healing from religious hurt and needed the spiritual frame. That was real and necessary for me at the time.
Even before I had surgery (I’m 9 weeks post op now!), I was feeling the pull and had no idea where this was going.
There’s something profound that happens when a person is able to remove ALL the noise - social media, email, all of it…and be in the liminal space of healing. It’s like trying to grab fog in front of you - you can see it, but it’s impossible to grab because it’s not time. That whole post op recovery period was difficult at times, very dark at times, and very illuminating! And here I am. Resilient, partially bionic (5 vertebra fused in the cervical spine), and startlingly clear in how to move forward.
This is the scariest and truest thing I’ve ever done.
Ease and flow, friends! That’s still the vibe - but -
I'm not a spiritual guide. What I AM is a creative who spent 15 years in exile and came back. And I'm writing a book about my life - it’s quite a ride - it’s a story of creative recovery that doesn't skip the shadow work—including owning this: I was manipulated, yes, but I was also the manipulator. (More to follow on THAT! Bet you didn’t know I am a returning music prodigy, huh?
So, The Meadow Speaks is becoming True Threshold, and it's moving to Substack.

What's NOT changing:
It's still me
It's still honest
It's still about transformation
